- Up to 100 guests seated at round tables for dinner
- 120 guests for a theatre-style ceremony
- 150 guests for a standing cocktail reception
- The Rehearsal Hall: Ideal for smaller gatherings or cocktail hours, this 1,500-square-foot room offers exposed limestone walls, 12-foot ceilings, and a semi-sprung floor. It comfortably hosts:
- 60 guests seated
- Up to 80 guests standing

There isn’t an outdoor space for the ceremony (as far as I know) but the room is minimal and historic. Do you offer catering?
No, Tett Centre doesn't offer catering, but we do have a preferred caterer's list that you can find on our website.
Can we serve alcohol at our private event?
Yes, alcohol may be served. Renters must obtain a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) and secure proper liability insurance in accordance with local regulations and our venue policies.
Is audio-visual equipment available for rent?
Yes, we have a selection of audio-visual equipment available for rent, including microphones, sound systems, projectors, and screens to support your presentation or event needs.
Is parking available on-site for event guests?
Pay-and-display parking is available in the municipal lot surrounding the Tett Centre and the neighboring Isabel Bader Centre, though spaces are shared and subject to daily availability.
Can we decorate the rental spaces for our event?
Decorations are permitted to personalize your event, provided they are non-damaging to the historic structure. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the rental.
