The venue is fully equipped for formal weddings and casual celebrations and has a range of décor and equipment available at no additional cost. Those include:

- Jasper and Banff: Two spacious rooms create the unique indoor ballroom; the space is filled with natural lights coming from floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the golf course; capacity: 210 guests
- Ceremony space: Flat, manicured lawn area with scenic background; located next to the outdoor patio and reception space; capacity: 210 guests
- Outdoor patio: Equipped with casual furniture, optional breakout space or outdoor cocktail hour location
In addition to venue rental and complete equipment, the Derrick Golf Club provides:

Customized Wedding Menu at Derrick Golf Club
Offering a wide array of culinary choices, Derrick Golf Club caters to different preferences and budgets.
Build your menu from the available menu categories:
- Platters: Available in three sizes, offer traditional bite-sized foods, including cheese, hummus, bruschetta and more
- Snacks: Pretzels, house chips
- Assorted sandwiches and wraps: Three sizes, including Italian deli, beef and smoked cedar and similar flavours
- Canapés and hors d’oeuvres: Bruschetta, caprese skewers, poached shrimp, chicken wings, teriyaki chicken, Asian glazed meatballs, etc.
- Dessert: Squares, mousse cups, macarons, cake pops, macarons
- Dinner Buffet: Several food combinations, standard and deluxe selection; typical inclusions: buns, pickles, salads, crudité platter, side dishes, meat or vegan dishes
- Plated dinner: Four-course meal (soup, salads, three entrees, dessert)
- Chef attended stations: Carved beef sliders, pasta bar, perogy bar
- Late-night menu: Poutinerie night, pizza, pub night
The Derrick Golf and Winter Club is fully licensed to serve alcohol at your wedding and offers an excellent list of wines and other alcoholic beverages. The venue provides an open and host bar service with standard and premium drink selections.
There is also an option to BYO table wine and champagne. The Derrick Golf Club charges a corkage fee in that case. The corkage bar includes a bartender, pop and juice, ice and glassware.
Outside food isn’t permitted, except for your wedding cake and cupcakes.
