Outdoor weddings provide you with a flexible three-day rental of our property which includes: one day to set up, one day for the event, and one day to tear down.
We provide hydro hookups, recycling and garbage bins, a 40’ x 60’ wood dance floor, and bistro lighting outside of your tent (the tent, washrooms, and all other rentals are the responsibility of the renter to supply). You are able to select your own catering and bar service to suit your needs. You are welcome to bring in your own alcohol but must provide a Special Occasions Permit.
To assist you with planning we have a recommended list of vendors for planning, photography, videography, entertainment, décor, flowers, and catering but you are welcome to choose any other vendors specific to your taste and budget.
One suite for the wedding couple is included and there is a 10 room minimum for weddings smaller than 80 guests, a 15 room minimum for weddings 80-150 guests, and all rooms 22 rooms must be rented for weddings above 150 guests for exclusive access to the property in the low season (September 16 to May 15). There is a 2 night minimum room requirement in the high season (May 16 to September 15). There is no room blocking on long weekends and accommodations will be booked on a first come first serve basis treated as normal guests.
