Beautiful luxury hotel nestled in a valley

Beautiful luxury hotel nestled in a mountainous valley only 40 minutes away from Kamloops. The rooms, amenities and restaurants are all awesome and accommodating. The housekeeping team in particular was outstanding and an absolute pleasure to deal with. 10/10 totally not haunted.

Staff going above and beyond

Beautiful room, super clean. Everybody top friendly, hotel staff going above and beyond, especially Sarah and Shiv were real superstars. Me and my daughter enjoyed the pool and the 3 hot tubs. Fantastic location and beautiful mountain views. Very comfortable bed and room has AC. Well maintained and clean hotel. Fantastic management.

Wow! Staff welcoming, the hotel is stunning !

Wow! This hotel had it all. The staff were so welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is stunning. Our rooms were gorgeous. A great location. We only stayed for a night, but absolutely loved it

Amazing stay for a post-wedding gateway !

We came up for a post-wedding getaway during the off season (October) and we had an amazing stay. The price for mid-week, during the quiet time was incredibly reasonable. We had a king suite with a mountain view, the room had a balcony, fireplace, and separate tub/shower. The room was nice and clean and cozy, we tried every single Nespresso offered at the coffee station. The hot tubs were the perfect temperature (couldn't get the jets going for some reason but tbh that's not a big deal).
