Wedding Ceremony at Sun Peaks Grand Hotel 

There are quite a few ceremony locations at Sun Peaks Grand Hotel. Each ceremony package includes:

• Access to the ceremony site for rehearsal
• 3-hour booking for the setup, take down, and ceremony
• Ceremony chairs set up
• Music and signing table

Depending on your preferences, pick one of the following ceremony locations:

• Sunburst Chapel: Located on top of the mountains and accessed by chairlift, available from November to March, and June to September for 12 guests
• Sunburst Mountain meadows and Chapel: Sweeping meadows near the mountain top, accessed by chair lift; accommodate 50 – 60 guests; available from November to April, and June to September
• The Gardens at the Covered Bridge: Idyllic place with floral background, tucked behind the village’s covered bridge, available year-round
• Tod Mountain View: Secluded spot in the trees for 300 guests, available year-round
• Grand Terrace: Located just outside the reception venue, romantic terrace with a magical mountain backdrop for 175 guests, available from May to October
• Grand Ballroom: Indoor location for dramatic year-round ceremonies with wood accents, vaulted ceilings and brass chandeliers, hosts 300 guests

Wedding Reception at Sun Peaks Grand Ballroom

Grand Ballroom is a spacious area, which can be booked for large-scale events. This modular area can be divided into two or three rooms, for intimate affairs.

The reception at the Grand Ballroom includes:

• 8-hour venue rental
• Set up and take down 
• Cake table, cake knife and gift table
• Bar and complete staff
• Bluetooth audio

Capacity:

• Full: 250 guests
• Separated into two rooms: 150 guests each
• Separated into three rooms: 75 guests each

Booking at least one portion of the ballroom gives you access to the Grand Terrace for dinner and speeches. In that case, the ballroom is used as the dancefloor. The terrace accommodates 70 seated guests.

Annex Day Lodge Reception

Modern and industrial chic wedding venue located at the base of Mountain Tod, Annex Day Lodge hosts 300 guests. It is available from May to October.
