Their pools, saunas and spa experiences were phenomenal. We just came from the Peakfine restaurant and had the best fine dining experience of our lives. The Calamari, Risotto, beef tenderloin main dish and desserts were out of this world. Surpassed all expectations.We have had a spectacular experience at Sparkling Hills. Plenty of hiking trails, amazing views, amenities are wonderful, food and service was great! The room was small but feasible, love the doors that open up, didn't feel like a hotel room. With all of our dinner and breakfast included for 2. Last time we came during covid, the spa was not fully open and we didn't get to enjoy the full experience. This time we did and it was fantastic, the steams and saunas were wonderful! We also booked the Empress sissi couples massage which was very relaxing and enjoyable. I had planned to stay here and propose to my now fiancée. Management (Iryna & Andrew) were so helpful. They called me and helped me plan out every detail of my weekend. They gave great suggestions and made all the reservations for me that I needed. They helped me set up the room while I was gone out for dinner (they also took care of my dog that was in the room!) so when I came back everything was done perfectly [...]This has been the best experience I have had at any resort or hotel.
