Spent 8 nights here on a business meeting. Impeccable service, nice and clean modern room. Would like to especially highlight Claudia from the reception team, who went above and beyond! Will stay again on my next visit to Vancouver.

Accommodated every request

I came for business and brought my family - including our dog. Sid at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He made our stay even better than expected. He was able to put our 2 rooms close together and accommodated every request. He's a gem!!!!

My go to place when I'm in town on business. Always a pleasure to be helped by Derar and Sid. Professional and easygoing. Rooms have plenty of space, always clean and a good atmosphere

With grace and profesionalism.

We were met with a huge smile and wonderfully courteous help from Maria. Upon transit to our room, we had to the pleasure of meeting Derar, Duty Mgr. He helped us with a small inconvenience with grace and profesionalism.

Derar was wonderful! Gave us an updated room with an amazing view! Came for a workshop for work and a concert. Everything is nearby. We will definitely be back 💯
