Catering at Sandman Hotel Lethbridge
Food for weddings at Sandman Hotel Lethbridge is provided by Prime Catering, a multi-awarded local catering company, offering:
- Dinner buffets
- Themed dinner buffets
- Cocktail wedding menus
- Complete bar service
- Corkage service
- Late-night snack menus
For example, cocktail menus are available for celebrations with a minimum guest number of 35. You can choose the seven items per person or rely on the chef’s selection for hot and cold canapés. Canapé menu features standard items such as chicken salad sliders, caprese skewers, prosciutto and melon, pesto hummus, bruschetta and more.
Lux upgrades include seafood, sushi and charcuterie.
The dinner buffet has three options: traditional, classic and prime, and is available for groups of 35 or more people. You can customize the buffet by selecting your entrée, salads, main, starches and dessert.
For bar, choose between full-bar service: prime or domestic bar or bring your alcohol for a corkage fee.
