YUM YUM YUM.YUM YUM YUM.
YUM YUM YUM. The best tapas in London. Tasty, well priced, great service. The only downside is a long-ish wait since walk-ins can only sit at the bar. The tortilla (Spanish omelette) was so fluffy and light (even though it has potatoes in it), the fried fish was perfectly done and crisp, don’t miss out on their signature gem with the tiny crispy shrimps, quails egg and caviar. 10 out of 10 dining experience in Sabor. While we were drinking the cocktail at the bar, we tasted their olive, which is the best I’ve ever had. We even ordered again at the end of our meal. Lol. The service was great, the waiter asked all the details about our dietary choices, and he recommended us the best food and wine. The vibe of the restaurant was very pleasant as well.10 out of 10 dining experience in Sabor. While we were drinking the cocktail at the bar, we tasted their olive, which is the best I’ve ever had. An exceptional Spanish restaurant. The menu is relatively limited, but it only allows for better quality in their preparation and presentation. Impeccable service and staff are entertaining. We've had a close to ideal experience from the very start, when Julio took care of us. The table upstairs was a bit small and the three grown men had to squeeze a bit, but the food was absolutely perfect and that's the reason why we came. Each dish was very well thought through - visuals, textures and most importantly flavours.The tapas had perfect sizes and were easy to share.
