The Royal Hotel were super helpful as we ran our two day business event. They were attentive to our needs and the catering was good and our guests were satisfied.||We were kept informed and updated on any changes necessary. It was my first time and I just dropped in for a quick drink before heading home from Costco. The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful and the lounge the service was very good. I cannot comment on the rooms because I have never stayed there. The whole atmosphere and environment was incredibly beautiful. Outstanding Wedding Venue with Great Service!Outstanding Wedding Venue with Great Service!
My daughter had her wedding reception here on the weekend and it was great. Nice modern, large, comfortable rooms that were affordable. On the banquet side the service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond in both the set up and take down. During the banquet the service staff was attentive and friendly. Excellent food as well. We booked the Lancaster Ballroom for our wedding Reception and also had guests utilize accommodations at the hotel for our wedding in September 2022. Cassandra and her team went above and beyond and made the reception unforgettable. Everyone loved the buffet dinner and poutine bar (midnight snack). They cared about the little details, were eager to help during the event, and made clean-up a breeze. Guests loved having accommodations so close to the party.We booked the Lancaster Ballroom for our wedding Reception and also had guests utilize accommodations at the hotel for our wedding in September 2022. I would come back again. Nice Hotel for such a great rate. Wonderful front staff was very helpful in taking care of our check-in. The lady was working on Friday the 7th of June at 9 pm. Give that lady a raise or a promotion. Professional to the T she handled everyone plus the phone calls were coming in. But she took care of business with a smile and a calm attitude.
