Ms.Senorita pool police miscommunication.

We stayed here for a weekend for my girlfriends wedding. Clean rooms and fast check in. Minus one star for Ms.Senorita pool police... as there was some misinformation given upon booking.

Royal Canadian Lodge: Perfect Wedding Venue!

I had my wedding here May 4th and it was an amazing experience! The staff are super nice and helpful, any request we had they helped without hesitation. Ashley and Jordan were incredible to work with, they helped my wife and I achieve our perfect wedding. It wasn’t stressful and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to host any event or just to relax and enjoy all that Banff has to offer.

Royal Canadian Lodge: Top-Notch Wedding Venue

The Royal Canadian Lodge was our chosen hotel for our son’s wedding. The excellent customer service that we experienced from Ashley and Jordan was second to none. | I can say that this has been my best hotel experience. Ashley was our first point of contact and she oversaw everything from the start to finish. The customer service we received, the attention to detail, going over and beyond was greatly appreciated.
