The DIY experience! Use the Ranch however you’d like and make the day truly your own. This includes full use of the venue and all amenities for both the ceremony and reception for the entire weekend. Below are the additional options that may be added to your wedding experience: *Full-Service Event Planning: an additional $2,000 + GST Let us do all the work! We will coordinate with vendors to ensure your special day is exactly what you are looking for from accommodation and shuttling service to photographers and equipment rentals, we can help with it all! This also includes day-of coordinating. *Day-of Coordinating: an additional $1,000 + GST Don’t stress during your big day! We will ensure all vendors are in place, on time, ready to go where and when you need them. We will ensure your perfect day goes off without a hitch! *Day-after clean-up: an additional $500 + GST Leave all the dirty work to us! We will get the place looking good as new, so you and your guests can relax and rest off the party from the night before! All included: use of the property for the entire weekend and up to 2 days prior for deliveries and 2 days following for tear down/clean up of the reception area. *all packages are subject to GST **prices are subject to change dependent on season Full use of all amenities includes the ceremony site with arbor, seating, signing table, linens, tables, chairs, benches, bathrooms, bar area, fire pits (fire wood provided at no additional cost), dance floor, power generator (fuel provided at no additional cost), string lighting over the dance floor and dinner area, and audio equipment for ceremony and reception. Ceremony only options: $500 on January 1st through May 15th $1,500 on May 16th through September 30th $1,000 on October 1st through December 31st ***This option is limited to weekends that are not holiday or “long” weekends*** Note: the reception structure is NOT available for use October 15th through May 1st, all bookings in these
