From initial planning to the final moments of your celebration, we will be with you every step of the way, ensuring that your special day is everything you have ever dreamed of and more.

Ceremony Facilities

• If you chose to book your ceremony outdoors at River Spirit, there are two time slots available for your ceremony to commence: 10:00am for daytime wedding or 5:00pm for evening wedding.
• Your guests are welcome to enjoy drinks and hors d’oevres in the clubhouse or in the event tent in between the ceremony and the reception.
• The fee to use the different ceremony areas listed below is limited to two consecutive hours.
• This time restriction includes your set up, your ceremony, photography and tear down.
• Your ceremony must start no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time or River Spirit reserves the right to move the ceremony to alternate location.
• The ceremony area is not equipped with a tent or rain shelter except if ceremony takes place in RSGC’s Marquee Tent, therefore there will be no outdoor rain back up for your ceremony. the indoor ceremony back-up is the the room that you have contracted for your reception.
• You have 24 hours before your wedding day to advise River Spirit in writing if your ceremony will take place outdoors or indoors. 

What we offer:

• A table with a chair for the DJ setup Garden setup for cocktail hour (if applicable).
• One banquet server dedicated to setup and takedown A labor charge of $150 + GST per additional banquet server required for setup and takedown For weddings, complimentary use of our ceremony area for a rehearsal is included with all ceremony bookings.
• Rehearsals must be scheduled with our Event Coordinator no more than eight weeks prior to the wedding date.
