Rawhides Bistro and Saloon is a unique wedding venue in Stenen, with a romantic atmosphere, unique indoor and outdoor spaces, buffet dinner service and accommodation.

Weddings at Chandelier Room

This grand room covers more than 3,000 square feet of event space with a distinctive interior, rustic beams, and cedar and pine-covered ceilings. The room hosts 120 people for a seated wedding reception and has a central solid wood bar with a barn plank top.

Included with the venue fee are:

• Diamond Gallery or a Loft: A relaxed event space offering breathtaking views of the outdoor deck and surrounding nature; suitable for intimate receptions with up to 20 people; venue inclusions: napkins, table linen, bartenders, and service staff 
• The Grand Courtyard, or the Deck: A stunning outdoor space at Rawhides and one of the largest ones in Saskatchewan, with six thousand square feet of functional surface; the deck has a unique multi-level raised stage, gas fire pit areas, and sitting space; it can hold up to 220 for your wedding ceremony and reception; inclusions: tables, napkins, clothes, and service staff.

Catering Options

Rawhides Bistro and Saloon provides food and drinks for your wedding day. 

A buffet package is available for weddings with over 30 guests. It features various choices of salads, soups, cooked and fresh veggies, sides, entrées, desserts, and bread and butter. Three buffet menus range from a standard buffet to a more lavish food selection.

Examples include truffle mashed potato, pork belly, deep-fried and herb-roasted pork, braised beef, and Indian-style chicken curry.

The bar service offers flexible options, allowing guests to pay for their drinks (cash bar) or the hosts to cover all beverages. Alternatively, you can subsidize drink prices, sharing the cost with your guests. A wide selection is available, including local beers and wines, and various non-alcoholic choices like soft drinks, juices, and water.

Accommodation

Rawhides has convenient suites and campground facilities for your adventurous guests. There are 15 campsites equipped with power and water.
