Proof Kitchen

Had dinner here for the first time last night (Saturday). It was super busy (even a wedding reception going on), but I was still impressed. Our waiter was awesome, along with the ambiance and the food. We had the Nosh (which was pretty good, relatively mild flavours, but good), the Onion Bhaji’s (EXCELLENT) and the Lamb Tacos (EXCELLENT). My tastebuds were singing with the Bhaji’s and the Lamb tacos. Seriously, so delicious. Every bite was an amazing explosion of flavour.

I returned to Proof recently and had an excellent experience! Terrific food, attentive service and a very happy atmosphere as there was a wedding reception in their private dining area. I appreciated the invitation to give them another try and they lived up to their reputation. Well done!

I was here for a wedding. The food was excellent and the service staff was lovely. The food was very slow coming out considering it was a set pre planned menu. Everything was really good quality though.

We held our wedding recipe at the beginning of September here. Laura, went out of her way to exceed our expectations; she was responsive and helped us customize a dining experience that blew our guests away. We had custom cocktails created and a huge menu of food options. The food itself, as usual, did not disappoint. It's one of our favourite local restaurants and I look forward to continue dining there.
