What does the facility fee include?

Facility fee includes:

 • Exclusive use of the clubhouse for your wedding 

 • Exclusive use of spectacular outdoor patio during cocktail reception and after dinner

• Fine white china, cutlery, and stemware complimented with white jacquard linens and napkins • Staging available for the head table 

• Complimentary menu tasting for two 

• Complimentary wedding cake cutting and late-night coffee and tea service 

• Complimentary guest shuttle service from parking area to reception area 

• Personal chauffeur on Piper’s Heath 6-seater limousine golf cart for bride and groom photos 

• Ample complimentary overnight parking allowed

 • LCD projector and 130-inch retractable screen 

 • Personal Day of Coordinator 

 • Time - 11am- 4pm for vendor set up, exclusive use from 2pm - 1am of the clubhouse

Can my dog be apart of the Ceremony?

Yes, you may have your pet during the Ceremony portion only. Pets are not permitted in the building where food and beverage service is taking place.

Is the clubhouse wheelchair accessible?

Yes, and there is a accessible bathroom on the main floor.

Do you have a safety box for gift envelopes?

We have a safety box located onsite that is in a monitored area. We request that all envelopes are taken at the end of your wedding night.

What are your décor guidelines?

Tacks or adhesives to affix decorations to walls, trim, floors and windows are not permitted.

Do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

Yes, provided we are notified of allergies in advance, we are able to adjust and prepare dishes to accommodate allergies

When can I drop off my décor?

Non-perishable items such as name cards, table numbers, signage, and receiving table items can be dropped off the night prior to the wedding date. Please have goods such as florals and cake delivered 11AM onwards to the clubhouse on the date of your wedding

When do I and my vendors have access to set up?

11am day of your wedding

Do you provide a day of coordinator?

Yes!

Key responsibilities include:

- Support vendors loading in, ensuring they are on time and have provided what has been pre ordered 

- Set your non- perishable decor which includes, receiving table items, ceremony site, banquet room, party favours, name cards, table numbers, candles based on your instructions 

- place and drop floral arrangements 

- Organize your processional and your grand entrance 

- Work with your DJ/EMCEE to ensure itinerary, speeches, dances are on time and are queued

- Manage the transit of guests to/from ceremony site to clubhouse

- special requests
