Clean and hospitable. Room service is Lovely and they check in on you at least twice a day if you need anything. The restaurants in the hotel are delicious albeit expensive. The pool is relaxing although many jets are not working. Cozy high quality robes and cardboard slippers for lazying around. My wedding planner cancelled last minute and Alex Korol, the event coordinator, saved my wedding. She really stepped up and made it a beautiful affair. And it rained that day but they were able to transform the grand lobby into the ceremony space of my dreams. Not only that, the rooms are immaculate and the service is divine.
