Venue rental includes our beautiful reception tent 40’x 75’ tent with clear sides with multiple access points, chandeliers, drapery swags and fairy lights. Tent can be heated with our furnaces or cooled with fans. Our washroom facility accommodates up to10 people at one time and is heated and cooled. We have a bar tent attached to the reception tent and a partially outfitted catering tent ( cooking equipment has to be rented)You have the choice between two ceremony locations conveniently close to the tent (garden or woodland) both locations offer light shade for your guests. Harvest tables and wood folding chairs with pad are setup for you from a layout provided. You would do the setup of your decor. We have one wedding per weekend and our maximum capacity is 150 but we have no minimum requirements. You have access to the venue on Friday from 12 noon to 9pm, Saturday from 9 am to12 midnight and Sunday from 9 am to 12 noon to return for your decor etc.

It was perfect! Grounds are absolutely stunning and well maintained. Secluded location that isn’t too far from Orillia. Great size with separate areas to mingle/celebrate. I was so fortunate to have my wedding here at the beginning of September, everything was so amazing,The gardens are kept beautifully, the tent is gorgeous and organized and even the bathrooms are perfect . To sum it up if you are looking for a picture perfect wedding, in a great location and ran by great people, Northbrook is the one!Northbrook is the gem of wedding venues, everything is perfect from the property to the people who run it. I was so fortunate to have my wedding here at the beginning of September, everything was so amazing,The gardens are kept beautifully, the tent is gorgeous and organized and even the bathrooms are perfect . The grounds are simply gorgeous but more than that, the owners and staff are super people who really know how to put on an event. Building a venue from the ground up on a sixth generation property, honouring the past that people enjoy visiting. We have created a space that is relaxed and welcoming for all our couples and their family and friends. We receive many compliments on our gardens and our commitment to making our space memorable. We love being able to meet people.
