Plan your special day in any season for stunning colours and foliage at any time.Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden is a Canada's Centennial Garden in Japane style with 4 acres located at the west end of Henderson Lake in Lethbridge.Officially opened in 1967, the Garden is a carefully manicured landscape of trees, shrubs, ornamental rocks and other features arranged around a central pond fed by a stream and waterfall. From the main gate, paths and wood bridges lead from a large pavilion with its enclosed dry rock garden.The venue offers ceremonies and photo sessions for up to 100 people from 10:00a.m. to 6:00 p.m while the Garden is open to the public. Ceremonies can be held at Prairie Grass Garden area (outdoor), and there is also a beautiful indoor ceremony area (Bunka Centre) for inclement weather as a back up.Our new Bunka Centre is now open to host wedding receptions for up to 80 guests from 10:00a.m. to 10:00 p.m with beautiful windows overlooking Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden.There are some event rental items available including sound system, micriphone, signing table to bring together all of the details for a wonderful wedding day.Please view our Wedding Book below for more information and contact us to book a viewing of the venue at [email protected].
