Amazing experience staying at this hotel for my wedding in Richmond Hill. The manager (Anne) was super helpful throughout the process, from initial booking all through to the end of our stay. The room and hotel were 1st rate! The room and hotel were 1st rate!
It was the night of December 23rd, and a brutal Winter storm. We were in town for a wedding and had booked a room online. In the chaos of driving late at night in whiteout conditions, we actually pulled up to the wrong Monte Carlo Inn. Without hesitation, the front desk attendant switched our reservation to where we had arrived. What wonderful kind service.
