Dispite the stressful scenario, staff at Kicking Horse could not have made our experience any easier or be more accomodating. From the day called and toured the venue, to the dozens of emails through planning, until the week and day of the wedding, they took the absolute best care of us, our families and our guests. My (now) wife and I booked this venue for August 2021 back in January during the height of the pandemic, hoping things would clear up in time. Dispite the stressful scenario, staff at Kicking Horse could not have made our experience any easier or be more accomodating. From the day called and toured the venue, to the dozens of emails through planning, until the week and day of the wedding, they took the absolute best care of us, our families and our guests.

From start to finish, we could not have been happier with the service, hospitality, responsiveness, attention to detail, flexibility, and organization from the entire Kicking Horse and Eagle's Eye staff, with a special shoutout to Nadja who was integral to making the entire wedding process seamless. The venue was spectacular, inside and out, and bent over backwards to make the day exactly what we had envisioned to the tiniest of detailsHosting our wedding at Kicking Horse was a dream come true! There is more info on the eagle eye reception so I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect. But it was flawless! They set up your tables and then we had to go in and decorate. I had minimal Decorations and the space looked great! The reception was so much fun, beautiful, and the food was amazing. We did the Selkirk buffet and had so many compliments on how great the food was! We had our reception at the Whitetooth Grill... the space is beautiful. And considering the incredible location, we felt that the value was well worthwhile. The venue is very transparent with costs and provide a detailed breakdown of pricing. They are also very accommodating with any special requests (such as dietary needs, alcoholic beverages, food/drinks throughout the day, decorations, set up, etc.). ! The servers and bartenders were also very attentive! I can honestly say that this was the wedding of my dreams and I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a mountain wedding!From start to finish, this venue did not disappoint. We were married at the end of March and the weather that day was incredible. The views were spectacular. We had lots of family travelling from other parts of Canada and the UK and they all said it was the most beautiful setting for a wedding. Nadya and Rachel and the team at the Eagles Eye went above and beyond to make the day go so smoothly. From the moment we were engaged this was the only venue we wanted. It is so incredibly beautiful. We were married at the end of March and the weather that day was incredible. The views were spectacular. The staff at eagles eye went above and beyond (provided my husband with a lint brush day of and even gave us some chalk pens to use on our wooden guest board since our pens were leaking). The food is absolutely amazing and the pictures speak for themselves. Getting married at the top of kicking horse was a dream come true!
