Grayson Mills Weddings and Events INC. offers two unique event spaces that can accommodate celebrations of various sizes. Its largest function room, the Carriage House, features exposed beams, large sprawling windows, and an industrial aesthetic. This spacious room is suitable for events of up to 180 guests for a seated dining experience or 265 for a cocktail reception. The adjacent Lunette Lounge is an intimate space ideal for up to 65 attendees. The Lunette Lounge and Carriage House can also be combined to accommodate larger events with a maximum capacity of 330 guests. The venue also features an upper floor where the Coachmans Loft will host your ceremony celebration and the terrace can be used for cocktail hour between the ceremony and dinner. This upper space has a raw industrial feel that offers a second venue experience. The entire space is offered exclusively so our couples so they can enjoy the exclusivity and have access to an outdoor space. The rooms are furnished with audiovisual equipment including a projector and screen, microphone, and sound system for event entertainment as well as tables, chairs, linens, and napkins.

Grayson Mills Weddings and Events provides a variety of services for soon-to-be newlyweds hosting their wedding here. Couples can choose exclusive access to their event space throughout the duration of their wedding as well as setup and cleanup. The venue’s professional events team works closely with clients to coordinate the space and create their dream setting. They are delighted to provide venue visits, assistance with layout, and day-of coordination to ensure the event is executed seamlessly. Any upgrades that may be needed are available directly from Grayson Mills.

Cuisine

This venue’s culinary team creates delightful dishes using local, seasonal ingredients to ensure the highest quality taste. They offer plated and cocktail dining styles to accommodate both types of reception. Menus change depending on the season, and the chefs are happy to collaborate with soon-to-be newlyweds to customize their dining experience. To complete the service, they also provide various bar packages ranging from standard to premium.
