Absolutely beautiful building, beautiful clean rooms, great friendly service, beautiful location near a walking trail and easy to find

Wonderful hotel. Has lots of charm and character. Close to downtown for restaurants, and also right on the walking trail, which was very enjoyable. The room we had was a suite and really enjoyed the separate living room. Beds are very comfortable with good quality sheets and pillows. When we come back to Corner Brook, we will definitely book here.

An absolutely charming spot! This place is absolutely steeped in history and you can tell! The atmosphere is lovely, with the original charm of the hotel completely intact without looking shabby. Our rooms were clean, and surprisingly spacious. Service was lovely too! We were there for a family trip but my husband and I are already planning to go back for our anniversary.

Lovely historic hotel. Staying 2 nights. We were in the new section of the hotel so I can't speak to the rooms in the original section. Our room was lovely and the beds very comfy. Ate dinner in the lounge last night & it was very good. There was a bus tour staying there so it was busy. Today we had a lovely lunch in the Carriage Room. Fish cakes & seafood chowder were excellent. Our only complaint is the toilet is too low. As women seniors, with one of us having knee replacements,...
