This community venue is located in downtown Cochrane, holding a central position at 1st Street East, easily accessible from all directions and with plenty of parking. The Hall has served the Cochranes community for over two decades and has hosted numerous weddings.

Frank Wills has a flat rate for venue hire, which covers:
- 14 round and 25 rectangular tables with chairs
- Bluetooth sound system
- 2 cordless microphones
- Podium
- Receptions essentials: flatware, coffee cups and saucers, vintage tea set, wine glasses, white porcelain dinner service
- Cleaning
- Twinkle ceiling lights
- Décor: choice of centrepieces and tissues
Additionally, the venue has more items available for rent at a fee, including white table linens and chair covers.
Frank Wills Hall Facilities
The hall consists of a main room, industrial kitchen, car park and an outdoor area, for your wedding ceremony.
The main hall accommodates 130 to 150 guests and includes a dimmable lighting system, an easy-to-assemble stage area, a portable podium and a neutral colour scheme.
Full catering kitchen has an industrial range fridge with freezer, ovens, steam dishwasher and complete dinner set-ups.
You must obtain a liquor license and event insurance. The venue allows you to access it the day before to set everything up, at a fee.
