Service was fantastic, rooms were comfortable and cozy, dining was exceptional. We hosted our families recently at the hotel to celebrate our wedding and the staff was great. Special shout-out to the staff who helped us coordinate and enjoy the intimate wedding dinner, and the staff operating the shuttle and dealing with our ridiculous amounts of luggage! Our family members were blown away by the food and the unique experience of Emerald Lake Lodge...Absolutely stunning and magical hotel. Service was fantastic, rooms were comfortable and cozy, dining was exceptional. We hosted our families recently at the hotel to celebrate our wedding and the staff was great. While the location and scenery clearly speak for themselves, the staff, including Simon at the front desk and the event coordinators Natalie and Kerrie-Lynn, were fantastic and sincerely part of why our big day went off so perfectly. Simon and the shuttle drivers were incredibly helpful and took the initiative to offer assistance with pickup and dropoff of our loved ones and belongings...We could not have asked for a more perfect and relaxed wedding at Emerald Lake Lodge in October. While the location and scenery clearly speak for themselves, the staff, including Simon at the front desk and the event coordinators Natalie and Kerrie-Lynn, were fantastic and sincerely part of why our big day went off so perfectly. I think there is so much about it that feels special and unique for a wedding venue in the Canadian Rockies. My favourite thing about the lodge comes down to the fact that there are no cars - you leave your car in a parking lot and get shuttled in! It makes the whole experience feel more peaceful and serene.
