Element Vancouver Metrotown

From Toronto room 1610 Element Hotel. We were visiting for our niece wedding. My family and I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious and fresh. Rooms were clean on daily basis and well stocked with towels etc... Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall the stay was good with excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and would like to thank all the staff for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Modern style, extremely clean, with fantastic staff! My family and friends booked in to the Element for our wedding week. We all had a great experience - right from booking through to check out! Ken Boyd, Director of Sales and Marketing, made sure our experience was fantastic. He accommodated all of our guests schedules and requests. We would highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Stayed here for a friend's wedding. Beautiful suites, courteous staff, soundproof rooms. My unit was so clean and new it was as though I was the first person ever to stay here. Kitchen, roomy fridge, freezer, comfortable bed. I might be looking for an excuse to get back over to Burnaby soon just to stay here!

Had a gorgeous outdoor wedding ceremony on the terrace of element hotel. Our arch background had an amazing view of the mountains and North Van. The hotel team, especially Roxanne-sales manager was super accommodating and responsive during the planning process. Also, gave us a great deal for the venue and accommodations at the hotel. I really recommend this location for anyone looking for wedding venues that won’t put a hole in your pocket yet look great effortlessly.

My husband and I along with our guests had the best night thanks to the amazing staff at our wedding. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing at our wedding. We are so grateful to the Element Hotel for going above and beyond
