They accommodated our every request from room service timing out delivery of champagne glasses and snacks for the bridal party during prep and bringing us extra chairs to extending our late checkout when we returned to the hotel at a very late hour.Stayed at this hotel 2 nights for my sisters wedding. Our event coordinator from the Delta named Wendy deserves a 10 star review! She was so so fun talking to during the planning stages and she always got back to us right away. Our overall wedding was a huge success due to her attention to detail and she did so many little extra things for us that she really didn’t need to do but it was so noticeable. If anyone is looking for a wedding venue please look no further. I am rating 5 stars for my wedding that I held at the Delta on April 30, 2022. Our event coordinator from the Delta named Wendy deserves a 10 star review! She was so so fun talking to during the planning stages and she always got back to us right away. When we checked in we were greeted first by Cindy and then by Sabrina, and they made it feel like coming home. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Its impressive that I was here for a wedding approx. 15 years ago and the hotel has managed to perfectly maintain their charm and history, while updating and modernizing the rooms. The entire experience was absolutely perfect from check in to breakfast this morning before we left. I will definitely be bacAn absolute gem in the city of London! She was there the day of our wedding to see us off and got everyone into taxes.
