They were flexible and did everything to make our stay welcoming, including a chocolate covered strawberries for the newlyweds. They were able to support last minute changes in the restaurant menu and with the room bookings. They even provided make up remover in the middle of the night! We are most pleased with this hotel. Kingsize bed, room was very clean, the bed cover linen was a little worn, bed was comfortable and room was quiet even though Guelph U was having homecoming.What stood out for us was the service. Tonya was very helpful, she went above and beyond to help us out and we appreciate it. Also the Starbucks cafe was great and the service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommendStayed for one night for a wedding. We had our menu tasting and rehearsal dinner at Bar Mason, got ready in the guest rooms upstairs, had the ceremony in the Gryphon room and our reception in the ballroom. We also had the majority of our guests stay over the night of the wedding. Everything was extremely clean and ready for us to set up on time, if not early.
