Wedding Catering at Coast Hotel & Convention Centre

Coast Hotel has an experienced catering team offering various food and beverage packages, including buffet, plated meals, platter menu, different station combinations and canapé menus.

The reception-style dinner menu, available for events after 5 pm and a minimum of 20 guests, features: 

• Sushi bar
• Taco bar
• Carved roast beef on a bun station
• Dessert stations

The canapé menu includes hot and cold items, and the hotel recommends selecting 8 – 12 pieces per guest for a full reception. If you plan to serve canapés in addition to a buffet or plated meal, you can order 4 or 6 pieces per guest for pre or post-meal service.

• Plated menu options include an excellent range for every course:
