The restaurant experience was top notch

The restaurant experience was top notch - in the morning I was seated by a window where I watched the sun rise as I ate a delicious breakfast. All the staff were very friendly, I felt at home with all the island hospitality.

Best experience ever had with a hotel !

Byfar the best experience I've ever had with a hotel. The best service came from the Coast. Everyone was so friendly, and always had smiles. I didn't want to leave! Thank you Everyone! Can't wait to be back

Gorgeous view and excellent service !

This place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms and the excellent service. The staff was friendly, responsive, and professional. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent, and the choices were varied. The hotel is located right across the street from the harbor, and most rooms have gorgeous views of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Everything about this hotel is great !

I always choose this hotel when staying in Nanaimo, everything about it is so great. The staff, the rooms, the gym, and the food. This time, for Christmas, we had our two dogs with us (of which I was nervous about as they don’t usually do well in hotels), and the staff were so welcoming and great. We were given treat bags with toys/treats/baggies which was so great! It made their stay a lot more enjoyable also. The beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on.

Great views of the inner harbour, highly recommend

Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean and spacious and offer great views of the inner harbour. The beds are also amazing and so comfy, I didn’t want to leave! Front desk staff and hotel restaurant staff are also super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!
