Mont Orford Golf Club is a full-service wedding venue, hosting romantic outdoor ceremonies on the lovely grounds and stunning receptions in the colonial-inspired clubhouse.

Mont Orford Golf Club: Venue Features

The venue is surrounded by forests and mountains, providing a spectacular backdrop for your wedding day. Ceremonies, only available for couples to rent the space for the reception, take place at the outdoor marquee with seating for 80 guests or 100 standing people. 

The indoor banquet area features rich wood features, cathedral ceilings, a large wraparound deck and the capacity of 250 guests for a cocktail-style wedding or 200 guests for a seated dinner.

 The venue provides a comprehensive list of wedding-related services for your special day, such as:

• Catering 
• Changing area: Preparation area with changing rooms and lockers
• Audio-visual equipment rental: Data projector, screen, podium, stage and risers are available at a cost

During the high season, from May to November, Mont Orford Golf Club exclusively takes care of the food and drinks, but you are free to bring your chosen wedding cake. The exclusive caterer is Groupe Massawippi, with several menu options to choose from, including:

• Plated dinner: Four-course customizable wedding meal: 1 starter, 1 soup (optional), 2 main courses, dessert; bread and butter, coffee and tea station
• Buffet service: Your choice of warm meals, spicy accompaniments, soups, salads, cold dishes, dessert, bread and butter, coffee and tea station
• Casual cocktail dinner

A caterer may accommodate your dietary requirements and identify allergens or cook separate meals for your guests with allergies.

During the off-season, you can host a wedding at Mont Orford Golf Club and work with a third-party caterer.
