Canyon Ski Resort: Wedding Package

The venue hosts celebrations from May to October, providing flexible wedding packages for couples preferring elopements and large-scale weddings.

Elopements at this lodge resort are designed to last three hours and include an outdoor wedding ceremony and light meal. It can include several drinks per person and a platter of hors d'oeuvres after the reception. 

The package is available from Monday to Thursday for a maximum of 14 guests and includes complete set-up, take-down and furniture.

If you are planning more guests, expect a tailored package. Typical wedding package inclusions are:

• Set-up, take down and clean-up of ceremony, indoor cocktail area and reception site
• Outdoor bench seating for the ceremony

Wedding Catering at Canyon Ski Resort

The resort has diverse food offerings and a limited beverage selection. For your cocktail hour, Canyon Ski Resort provide:

• Trays with cheese, sausage, crackers, seasonal vegetables
• Sandwich tray 
• Assorted desserts
• Designer sandwiches tray
• Pizza tray with four flavours

To begin your sumptuous meal, choose your hors d'oeuvres combination from the venue's compressive list of hot and cold items, offering items, such as fried spring rolls, samosas, cheese tray and smoked salmon.

Served dinners at Canyon Ski Resort typically come with:

• 2 standard salads and 2 standard veggies
• Freshly baked buns, butter and pickles
• Coffee and tea service
• Your choice of combination: roast turkey with sage stuffing with cranberry potatoes, spit roast pig with caramelized garlic potatoes, crusted prime rib with potatoes

Alternative is an all-inclusive buffet, featuring an extensive list of vegetables, salads, and main dishes. 

For both options, you can add a late-night food pizza station and optional menu enhancements, including a roasted pig on a spit, lasagna, rib eye and others.

Add a dessert to complete the wedding meal, and choose between standard and premium dessert selections. The venue allows you to bring your wedding cake from a third-party vendor and serve it as a dessert. In that case, the cake-cutting and serving fee applies.
