We had such a great experience at this hotel. Comfortable, clean, amazing staff, fantastic breakfast options. Putting this hotel in the exceptional category was the awesome coffee bar in the lobby, and the Canadian made, Indigenous owned toiletries. Everything was perfect from checkin to check out..Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Pet friendly hotel is a bonus for we brought our 4 legged baby and she was a hit with all employees who we came across.Everything was perfect from checkin to check out..Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Check out this awesome surprise when I got in! I asked for extra coffee. They dropped off lots for me and some dish soap and towels for my dishes! (I had them drying on the counter) Their note says "Today's good mood is sponsored by COFFEE!" This totally made my day! The staff at the front counter are just as amazing, rooms are clean and I would definately recommend staying here! With service like this, I want to let everyone know how impressed I am!Check out this awesome surprise when I got in! I asked for extra coffee. Our room was amazing!Our room was amazing!
Another great experience with Canalta! Our kids enjoyed the pool after our hike all day. Breakfast was great too. Super friendly staff! Our room was amazing! Adults have our own privacy and beds were extremely comfy! Plus housekeeping did this to our son's bed. Put a big smile on our face when we walked in, we found it so cute ☺️ Thank YouAnother great experience with Canalta! Our kids enjoyed the pool after our hike all day. Breakfast was great too. Great place to stay in Rocky Mountain House, whether you are passing through, or staying for a few days. Clean, large rooms, nice beds, nice pool with waterslide, and definitely the complimentary continental breakfast, which includes malted waffles!
