What's Included in Your Saturday Wedding Package:
Exclusive Venue & Accommodations: Enjoy full day access to the farm for preparations starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday (or 9:30 AM Friday with the Friday package). This includes the outdoor ceremony area, historic Brooklands Barn, elegant sail-cloth tent, fire pit area, and the log cabin. The newlyweds receive an overnight stay in the charming Heritage Log Cabin, which also serves as a bridal party preparation space.
Setup, Takedown & Amenities: Brooklands Farm staff handle the set-up and takedown of all non-personal décor and furniture, including ceremony chairs, arbour, outdoor tent, handmade harvest tables, Chiavari chairs, tiki torches, tent lights, and more. Enjoy lawn games like Giant Jenga and Cornhole during cocktail hour , and a campfire.
Professional Services & Support: Smart Serve certified bartenders provide professional bar services for the duration of the event. Bluetooth-compatible outdoor speakers are available for ceremony and cocktail hour music. The Heritage Barn features a robust in-house QSC sound system with speakers, a subwoofer, and microphone, suitable for DJs, bands, or your personal playlist. Free use of our extensive décor collection, featuring rustic signage, props, and decorations from 14 years of weddings. These two wonderful women are the most organized kind and compassionate women you would ever meet!!! It was one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen !! Everything was handled superbly by staff - the ceremony was set up beautifully, the bridal .party was looked after in a lovely "cottage", the grounds were " Muskoka" gorgeous, the barn was perfectly decorated for the dinner after the ceremony, with great food and friendly, competent service . All the amenities were superb -- every guest ( and there were well over 100 !I was at a wedding there this past weekend. It was one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen !! Everything was handled superbly by staff - the ceremony was set up beautifully, the bridal .party was looked after in a lovely "cottage", the grounds were " Muskoka" gorgeous, the barn was perfectly decorated for the dinner after the ceremony, with great food and friendly, competent service .
