This family-owned property is a gem, with a beautiful lakeside strip on a fabulous lake! The ownership and staff are incredibly friendly, unlike so many larger corporate resort properties. The wedding, which was coordinated by resort staff, came off without a hitch, and the food was delicious.My family visited Beachwood for a wedding this fall, and it was a wonderful experience. This family-owned property is a gem, with a beautiful lakeside strip on a fabulous lake! The ownership and staff are incredibly friendly, unlike so many larger corporate resort properties. It was 8 out of us and we all had a blast.very clean and amazing staff. Meal plan is 100% worth it and delicious. We were surprised that kayaks and canoes were not extra charge which is amazing. We took a 1 hr boat ride and it was so worth it. But my satisfaction comes bc a family member forgot her phone and resort called us back letting us know. I lost wedding ring and let office know with 0.1% fate in finding it.I didn't know till my stay that resort is family owned and run. They still love each other, lol.)||We have a cottage down the lane, so this venue was really the only one that made sense to book. It's so beautiful and holds so many memories.||The bride and groom, and many family members and guests, live out of the country and even on other continents. We postponed the June 2020 wedding to June 2021.We wanted to send a warm thank you to the folks at Beachwood for their handling of our daughter's postponed then cancelled wedding (due to Covid-19.
