Alderlea has been refurbished to maintain its historic charm but to adhere to the green design features. The venue has stunning luxury architectural details, such as marble fireplaces, large turned brackets, bay windows and intricate plasterwork.

Spaces include:

• Grounds: Manicured gardens surrounding the main building, ideal for photos and outdoor wedding ceremonies with 120 guests,
• The Pavilion: Main event space at Alderlea, features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking landscaped gardens; can be rented for an indoor ceremony or wedding reception; capacity: 85 – 100 people for a banquet, 120 people for a cocktail reception
• The Parlour: Elegant space with 11-foot ceiling and striking wood and plasterwork; available for ceremony or cocktail reception; capacity: 60 guests
• The Chisholm Room: Bridal suite on the second floor, equipped with washrooms, kitchenette and dressing table with mirror
