A Bear and Bison Canadian Country Inn

Had our wedding here and it was an amazing experience. Lonny is amazing to work with! The rooms are very nice and clean. The view Is amazing, we had to do basically no planning for our big day we just showed up which was great. The breakfast is very tasty. Charming place and would definitely stay here again!

I officiated a wedding for family friends on Monday, June 23, 2024. This is a place you want to have your wedding. A huge shout out to Brooke, Landon, and the rest of the staff, who worked selflishly to make a special day even more spectacular! I have never been at a hotel where you truly are the guest and are treated like royalty. If you are looking at a future wedding, consider checking this place out... you won't be disappointed!

Wow what a wedding! Honestly, where do I begin… Lonny and Brooke were outstanding. They exceeds any expectations we had and their communication, professionalism and expertise made the whole process so easy. The venue was quaint and everyone was so impressed with the natural beauty of the Inn. Highly recommend doing the Tapas style wedding dinner- the food was so delicious and everyone was so impressed. Everything was amazing and we had the best wedding ever.

The easiest wedding in the world to plan! Lonny, Brooke and the incrediable staff at the Inn made our wedding an absolute dream come true. They were always available to take my call, repsonded to my emails in a very timely matter, and made the entire planning process a breeze. From the very first phone call, to the inital booking, to our post wedding stay, everything was absolute perfection; including the inspired chef made breakfast's served to your room each morning.

I just recently had my wedding through the inn! ( off site ceremony) they offer amazing packages! all of the staff were super accommodating and amazing to deal with. I feel i wasn't their typical bride as they were always wanting to help/ check in on me some way or another but i went super low-key( i wore sneakers under my dress). And didn't have much to ask of them. ( beside my husbands coffee addiction) they were there and ready for any requests! The views were beautiful, rooms were cozy.

We had our small mixed-culture wedding at A Bear and Bison. From beginning to end, the team at the Inn were professional, prompt and lovely to work with. The venue offered us a lot more flexibility with customizing our ceremony, schedule and menus than most venues do. Lonny and Brooke are rockstars and kept the show running through a complex mixed-ritual ceremony and last-minute weather-related changes, and took everything in stride. The food was wonderful too.

We had our wedding at Bear and Bison a couple of weeks ago. First of all, the venue itself is stunning: the Gazebo, the Three sisters mountain backdrop, the convenience of going to so many breathtaking locations at canmore for wedding photos, the rooms came with moutain backdrop to host your guests for the wedding and exceptional hospitality, the list goes on and on and if you decided to have your wedding at Canmore, this is THE PLACE TO BOOK!

Having our wedding here was by far and away the best decision we made while planning our wedding. The responsiveness and warmth from the staff alone made us know right away that this was the place for us. Not only did they help with planning and organization so much, everyone was a delight to work with during the entire process. We quite literally felt like royalty on our wedding weekend and all the details were taken care of throughout.
