Bump into a wedding ceremony when I checked in. Staff was friendly. However there are no free parking even staying with the hotel. We stayed for a 2 day family wedding and the staff were well organised and calm for every event. Food was lovely, decor tasteful and no expense has been spared on the renovations Next time I’ll definitely use the pool and bathhouse, it looked seriously inviting.From arrival we were greeted by friendly and happy staff, nothing was an issue, location was great, room was terrific and would definitely stay again. We stayed for a 2 day family wedding and the staff were well organised and calm for every event. When we checked in we were greeted by the lovely staff and had a beautiful hand written card and bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our special day. The people in charge of the hotel and function centre have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They were rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Where to start… From refusing to serve drinks to the bridal party when they first arrived, so they could toast the speeches, to making guests exit down dark uneven stairs (lawsuit in the making).
