Greendays is a stylish wedding venue, a modern city oasis with beautiful gardens and a tranquil atmosphere. This unique pavilion-style venue features lush foliage, natural lighting, excellent service and heartwarming food.
It sits on the corner of Ashmore Roads and Bundall and hosts intimate weddings with as little as 30 guests and large-scale gatherings with up to 200 guests.
The range of top-notch services includes in-house catering, wedding event planners and connections with premium wedding vendors.
Romantic Wedding Ceremony at Greendays
Greendays organises ceremonies from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm, and the package includes 40 chairs for the guests and a signing table. Ceremonies take place outdoors in charming gardens with gorgeous lush foliage as a backdrop and plenty of photo opportunities.
Memorable Greendays Reception
The venue has capacities to host seated receptions for 200 guests and cocktail parties for 120 guests. If you need private space for an intimate gathering with 30 guests, Greendays caters to those parties, too.
The venue provides food and beverages for your special event and allows you to choose between a canapé-style menu and a classic sit-down menu. Receptions at Greendays are hosted year-round, seven days a week. The restaurant has an in-house sound system and you can bring your music device or hire a band.
Typical inclusions in the reception package are:
- Wedding coordinator
- Consultation and access to preferred vendors for floral arrangements, entertainment, celebrants, etc.
- Exclusive use of the venue and all facilities, including restaurant, library, bar and dancefloor
- Service staff
- Furniture – tables and chairs
- Cutlery, crockery, linen and napkins
- Fairy lights
- Cake service
- 80 parking spaces
Food and Drink Packages at Greendays
Greendays restaurant caters to special dietary requirements and offers several bar service options. Those include:
- Beverage packages
- Bar tab on consumption
- Cash bar
Four-hour beverage packages are based on standard or premium drink lists, featuring house or premium wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks. Spirits are available as a package upgrade.
If you are planning a cocktail reception, opt for a canapé event that includes six or nine canapé items per person, with the option to add a bamboo boat, wandering mini desserts, and a cheese platter.
Sit-down reception includes:
- Two canapés before the reception
- 2- or 3-course alternate drop menu
- Optional cheese platter to conclude the dinner
- Intimate Wedding Package
- Greendays has an all-inclusive wedding package for celebrations between 20 and 40 guests. It offers:
- Wedding ceremony
- 3.5-hour wedding reception
- 2 canapés and 2-course dinner
- Semi-naked wedding cake decorated with flowers

Ai Ling before and throughout COVID was so welcoming and worked with us without issue for a date change in the midst of it all. The reception was amazing - staff so hospitable, food delicious, drinks flowing - all with a warm and welcoming ambience – it was perfect. So glad we found this wonderful restaurant! First off, let me just praise Ai Ling and her AMAZING staff! With the border closures suddenly occurring so close to our wedding date, it reduced our guest count by half and we were at a loss of what to do as we knew we couldn't meet the minimum spend of many places. Ai Ling asked us what numbers we had to work with and said "leave it to me". We recently celebrated our wedding at Greendays Restaurant and Bar on September the 18th. First off, let me just praise Ai Ling and her AMAZING staff! Ai Ling was amazing to deal with in the lead up and on the night and nothing was ever a problem for her or her crew. My stylist friend assisted her crew in styling the venue and it looked simply amazing. Very glamorous, warm and welcoming. The food was a huge hit with all our guests raving on the night how much they enjoyed everything that was put. I highly recommend this place with beautiful n creative food. Very friendly n welcoming staff n beautiful spacious surroundings. They even have a library to use if u are dining on your own. Great place for functions. We had a family wedding there years ago n it was fantastic.I haven't been here for several years. It had always been a favourite haunt when I lived nearby.
