They couldn’t have made the whole process any easier, no request was too difficult and they bent over backwards to ensure the whole day was perfect. The food was superb! I am vegan and Gareth researched some excellent options for me as well as managing to cater to a few other dietary requirements including gluten free and dairy free. The feedback from our guests equated the meal to a Michelin star restaurant. The boat itself is stunning, really well looked after with every little bolt shining and such a talking piece. It looks beautiful without the tables set up however once decorated it is second to none. Unbelievably helpful with set up and take down they enabled me to complete my vision for the perfect day (which looked much better than anything I found on Pinterest). They organised departure, arrival and our cruise from our chosen location without hassle. The staff on the day were so helpful with nothing being too much hassle. They put the guest at ease and delivered impeccable service. Gareth was able to provide contact details for the jazz band who were fantastic. Honestly we couldn’t recommend the Windsor and Maidenhead Boat Company any more highly. If you have any sort of event and your even considering booking then stop thinking and book already.
