Wincham Hall Hotel is a family owned and run business. You can guarantee to be given a warm welcome with the personal touch from your first visit to your departure. Wedding inquiries will meet our very experienced wedding coordinators who will greet you and provide a personal guided tour of our whole facility including; The main hall space within the hotel, our fabulously modern chapel, the extensive gardens which surround the property and lastly our 11 uniquely decorated en-suite bedrooms in which each has their own characteristics and design.
Wincham Hall is a historic venue set in five acres of gardens in the heart of the Cheshire Countryside. We host civil ceremonies, same-sex marriages, partnerships and celebrations for people of all faiths and beliefs. Our on-site chapel was built purposely to serve our exclusive functions. We also offer packages without the chapel if required.
There are various packages to suit specific weddings or you can discuss your ideas with our wedding coordinators and create a package to suit you and your family. The following items can be found with in our packages;

- RRoza & Michael10/09/2023Perfect WeddingPerfect WeddingSimply a Perfect Wedding. The venue team have been very helpful and they have worked very hard to make our wedding day very special. The hotel team, photographer, toastmaster, DJ, Flowers and Cake Partners, also the Registars…everyone worked very hard to make our day as best as it could be… and it worked so well. Our Wedding was for 40 guests and everyone have enjoyed the Venue, food, dancing and Hotel Service very much. There are lots of happy memories when we look at our wedding photos now and the hotel itself could have not made it more special. Special thanks to the Wincham Hall Hotel Team who have worked very hard during our wedding preparations and who have made sure that everything was perfect on the wedding day. It was an absolutely amazing day and wincham were amazing from the 1st day we went and booked 2 and a half years ago! Absolutely fantastic fully recommend them to everyone and we will definitely be going back for future parties and occasions! Sue and Jackie run a fantastic team and they make sure everything runs smoothly, very stressfree. Our daughter got married today at the fabulous Wincham hall, our experience was faultless from the beginning to the end, from being Married in the lovely chapel then having photographs in the spectacular gardens, The wedding breakfast is defiantly a wow factor having everyone commenting on how tasty the traditional homemade food was..nice one chef..!! Bar prices are good and bar staff where spot on especially Dan the man..!! Wincham hall is a special place for weddings because the whole hotel is solely for you and your guests for the day, we made use of the grounds by having our family fun get together rounders match on the lawn...you can't say you can do that at any other wedding venue. The Disco and Evening buffet was great, bacon/sausage baps/balms and platters of chips finished off with a slice of wedding cake went down a treat. There are 11 Bedrooms at Wincham hall and all our family said the rooms were comfy and equipped with everything you need and in the morning we all sat together in the restaurant and enjoyed a nice size full English. Wincham hall was the most amazing venue and provided us with the most amazing wedding. The staff were helpful throughout from booking to the big day. Everything was perfect including all the bedrooms as we had full use of all venue The food was also top quality and really good portion sizes so no one went hungry. All the staff were really helpful and the room was dressed beautifully.
