Our day was perfection we couldn’t have asked for anything better, James and Charlotte were amazing along with all the other staff at west tower. You made us feel at ease and stress free which is exactly what we wanted, I would highly recommend west tower to anyone it’s just perfection! Thankyou to you aswell Sarah as I know you took us on last minute and you were amazing. Your all so kind and we couldn’t of asked for anything more❤️

My new husband and I got to celebrate our wedding at West Tower this past weekend, and it was truly the best day of my life. From the start the staff were incredible and so accommodating at all the open days we attended. We were lucky enough to have Maria as our wedding co-ordinator and I was honestly shocked she wasn’t sick of us by the end! Every email, phone call, anything, Maria was on hand to help to ensure that the planning was on schedule, and that any qualms we had were dealt with swiftly. On the day, we had the pleasure of James and Charlotte, ensuring that the day ran smoothly. All our friends and family that attending made sure to let us know how warm and welcoming Charlotte was, and she made me feel so at ease during the day. James was available all day to make sure we had everything we needed, a pep talk, a laugh, a drink if we needed and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more! Every member of staff was so professional, and were so happy to help and made our dream day come true. This venue although beautiful in itself, was made by the staff. Where to even begin when writing about West Tower. We had the most amazing Wedding and this was all thanks to the expertise and dedication of each and every staff member at this wonderful venue. Arriving at our very first look around, we knew this was a special place. We had a wonderful tour and detailed chat with the fantastic wedding coordinator Maria. (A truly special lady who we grew so fond of over our planning journey) Instantly, we knew this was the venue for us, offering exclusivity of the wonderful grounds and dedicated staff to help plan and run the wedding day. The venue itself is excellently maintained, offering lots of space and many bedrooms for guests. Over two years of planning, we attended many open evenings to gain ideas and ask questions. Each and every visit, we were welcomed back like a part of the family. Every member of staff on hand to answer questions and offer tips, we always came away that little bit more excited for our big day! It was so useful to meet reccomended suppliers at these events, a must visit for future couples. In our detailed planning, we had many a questions and request. None of this was ever too much for the wonderful Maria. She was always at the end of the phone or the quick reply of an email. We just knew our wedding was in the best hands. For this, we cannot thank Maria enough. As the day got closer, we enjoyed food tasting and final planning meetings. All of which surpassed our expectation. Simple perfection. The day itself was truly magical. Having the Bridal Party stay the night before in the beautifully equipped Crystal Suite was a dream come tue. An open, well designed space for all the girls getting ready. We were well looked after, but also had great privacy for one last night with the girls. The day of the wedding ran like clockwork from the brilliant coordinator Kim. She took the lead and ensured both us and our guests were well looked after. We felt truly special, nothing was too much for any member of staff. The food was cooked to perfection and served to the highest standard. Our guests have all commented on their delightful meal and were blown away by the evening Hog Roast too. Staying overnight was a fantastic addition to our guests, who all loved their quality rooms and delicious breakfasts the next day. West Tower has created the most precious memories for us that will last a lifetime. We felt so special and cared for. Treated like we were the only couple and the only wedding they had to take care of...We never felt rushed or brushed off, even when we had a million new questions to ask! We have to finish by thanking our most special Maria again, a wonderful woman who we hold so fondly for helping us bring our dreams to reality. West Tower will always hold a special place in our hearts, the place that created Our Watson Wedding. Mr and Mrs Watson.

There are not enough words to express how much we recommend West Tower! We got married on 28.9.24. The venue is beautiful, the food impeccable, the service second to none! But what made our wedding was the people! The way we were treated from day 1 - nothing was too much trouble, the staff match your excitement every step of the way. They do weddings every day but ours never felt like it. We were made to feel like we were the only bride and groom. Our day was just perfect and the team thought of everything! All our guests commented on what a perfect day it was, the food and the team. Special mentions to Sarah our wedding planner for everything, Kim and James the perfect on the day duo, and to Rachel who never stopped smiling whilst ensuring she got us all she needed. Also a shout out to the young lady who brought our evening bites to our room - but stayed to help with my dress! West Tower provided our perfect day and I wish I could do it all again! We recently had our wedding at west tower and we could not have asked for anything more!! In the run up to the wedding Maria was super helpful and on hand to answer all of our questions. On the day both James & Charlotte looked after us and they did an amazing job, nothing was too much hassle for them and they ensured our day ran smoothly! We had our Wedding at West Tower in July 2024. This was the first and only venue we viewed. As soon as we went to view it, we both knew this was exactly what we were looking for. From our first meeting, the staff were fantastic. The Menu tasting was absolutely first Class. They planned everything from start to finish which reassured us that all we had to do was enjoy the day and what a day it was. All the staff on duty that day were really impressive and our wedding event manager on the day ensured everything went smoothly and had thought of everything from spare Pins for the button hole flowers to additional batteries for the Microphone as the Best Mans speech was a bit longer than he had planned . We cannot thank everyone at West Tower enough for making our day so special and for the efforts they made making sure both myself and Wife as well as all our guests had the best time ever. I would particularly like to single out Maria the Wedding Co-Ordinator and Kim the Wedding Event Manager on the day. You both made us feel very special and catered for all our needs. We had the best day ever and all our guests have said that had a fabulous time. Thank you.

We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our twilight wedding at West Tower on 5th May, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the very beginning, Maria, our Wedding Co-ordinator, ensured everything was perfectly organised, and on the day, Event Manager Kim and the entire team looked after us with the utmost care and dedication. Every little detail was catered to flawlessly – it’s those thoughtful touches that make West Tower truly outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth and professionalism made our day feel effortless and extremely special. Our guests were blown away by the beautiful venue and grounds (so many mentioned the beautiful sunset!), and we received countless compliments on the food and the accommodation. For anyone considering this venue, we couldn’t recommend it more highly – a genuine 5-star experience! Thank you all at West Tower for making our special day truly unforgettable.
