With full time jobs, kids and second time around, it could be quite a daunting prospect. Not so with West Heath, and the wonderful Claire. We were guided and supported throughout. The day itself was fantastic the guests enjoyed themselves so much and loved the venue. It suited all ages. Another great thing is that the weddings support the important work of West Heath School. We cannot recommend West Heath, Claire and her team enough.We booked West Heath only four months before our wedding. With full time jobs, kids and second time around, it could be quite a daunting prospect. Not so with West Heath, and the wonderful Claire. We were guided and supported throughout. My new husband and myself were over the moon with how Claire organised the whole event. Claire helped every way she could and was always quick to reply to any questions or queries I had. The wedding breakfast and evening buffet was delicious, there is not one bad thing we could say about West Heath or the staff. Thank you for making our wedding day the most amazing day of our lives. What an amazing venue to have a wedding. All of our guests were amazed with the venue, the staff were fabulous. My new husband and myself were over the moon with how Claire organised the whole event. There are lots of good places for photos even when the weather is bad and it was useful to have several different rooms in the evening - one for dancing, one for the bar and one for quieter socialising. The venue is truly gorgeous, we had a cloudy day so couldn't explore too much but the grounds close to the house were spectacular and the house itself was stunning. Everyone said how beautiful the venue was. As for the staff, they have been amazing at every single step. Naomi has been quick and brilliant with every request I made along the way and on the day her and Caroline kept everything running so smoothly. They thought of every little detail and looked after all of our guests brilliantly. David the catering manager was so attentive, he spotted when one of our guests was not enjoying the food we'd ordered for him and got him another meal with no hassle. Nothing was too much trouble (including making sure a very picky teen didn’t go hungry) and all delivered in a friendly but unobtrusive way. Cannot recommend this venue highly enough.
