My wife and I are a lesbian couple and we hosted our wedding here in August 2025. I cannot overstate enough just how perfectly everything went, how relaxed and catered to the staff made us and our guests feel, and how beautiful the manor and its grounds are. If there is anything you can take from this review, it is that Warren House knows weddings incredibly well, and that we are ecstatic we chose them for our special day. We had around 50 guests and the size of the venue was perfect for us, though I'm sure it could hold even far more than that if need be. Our wedding was planned over 8 months, which is rather quick in the scheme of things. Warren House's wedding coordinator, Kripa, expertly led us through their planning processes throughout these months and it truly seemed like there was nothing they could not do. Our day was ours to design, and Warren House was happy to do whatever they could to make it happen. Kripa very kindly gave us examples of table layouts, showed us sample wedding day schedules, and answered our multitudes of questions patiently and helpfully. The next thing we knew the day was on us and it looked like it was going to rain. We had planned an outdoor wedding, but the rain was just uncertain enough and held off just long enough for us to do our ceremony and cocktail reception outside. Despite the uncertainty, Kripa and team had an excellent backup plan for us in the worst case scenario that we had hashed out in the weeks prior to the event, and so we were not under any undue stress on that side of things. We had plans and schedules we had all agreed on, and the Warren House team kept to them very, very well. Even when we had some hiccups from other vendors, Kripa and team were there and ready to do whatever they could to make it right, and as a result it all went as smooth as butter. But beyond the excellent planning, the amazing communication, and the supreme flexibility from Kripa, the rest of the Warren House team shined just as bright. Though we did not officially meet them all, the serving staff, the kitchen, the operations teams, and doubtless more all came together to give us such a spectacular day. The servers were true professionals, available whenever a guest needed them. The food was incredible, even better than we had tasted on our trial meal, and they very kindly adjusted a dessert for us to exclude coconut entirely. There was so much food, but basically all of it was eaten even when I thought for sure everyone must have already had too much. The staff who set up the rooms, the decorations, the reception area, and more made it all look incredible. I know I must be sounding over the top, but it really is very difficult to overstate just how kind, pleasant, and professional all of the staff were. I want to extend such a massive thank you to the whole team at Warren House for helping us put on such a splendid day that will shine in our memories forever. As a venue it's a wow as soon as you arrive, with a red carpet laid to the entrance, which our guests loved! It's grand and traditional inside with wood panelled corridors, and white function rooms decorated with beautiful cornicing, mirrors and chandeliers, but the service is never stuffy or formal. Instead the staff are welcoming, warm and unfailingly polite. The food served at our wedding was wonderful. The package menu has something for everyone. Although the menu came marked up with the main allergens it was definitely worthwhile asking the hotel's helpful wedding coordinator, Kripa, to check all the menu choices with the Chef, as one of our halal guests had chosen a dessert containing pork gelatin (which isn't marked on the menu) and some gluten intolerant guests had chosen dessert tarts containing gluten. However, the hotel has several menus and was able to quickly provide alternatives on request, including for one guest with multiple complex food allergies. We married on a Friday, had booked the two largest function rooms, and were able to personalise the function suite lobby space with our signage and put comfort products in the bathrooms for our guests. However, the following day there were 3 weddings taking place in the hotel so we assume they didn't have the same luxury. This also meant we were expected to be all cleared up soon after midnight so they could set up the rooms overnight for the following day, which wasn't ideal but my bridal party kindly stepped in and got it done. Our wedding day was smoothly delivered by the Operations Team led by the very charming Justin. One thing that didn't go according to plan was that the cake wasn't cut according to the brief we'd provided so the pieces didn't fit into the cake boxes we'd bought for people to take it home. An especially noteworthy personal touch I've seen at weddings is when a couple made a "love story timeline" that stretched the whole length of their reception space. Throughout their relationship, from their first encounter to their wedding day, this imaginative display showcased pictures, keepsakes, and handwritten letters.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
There is a beautiful sunken garden towards the back of the property, it allows for some one on one time with your partner as well as getting some fantastic pictures.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian manor house built in 1865, set within 6 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. The 6 acres of landscaped gardens provide a picturesque setting, with the hotel describing "truly picturesque views" that make it ideal for events like weddings. The property has tremendous history, with stories of visits from royalty like King Edward VII and historic figures like Winston Churchill. In fact, one of the most prestigious rooms, The Hammersley Suite, was originally built for King Edward VII. Warren House Hotel's most unique feature is likely its ability to transport guests to a historic Victorian manor house experience, complete with royal connections and stunning gardens, while still offering all modern amenities - all within easy reach of London.
