It’s here you’ll realise this is a special place for all the right reasons. Our NEW Woldingham Suite - We've had a makeover! Our newly refurbished Woldingham Suite radiates class & style. The neutral colour palette provides the perfect blank canvas for any colour scheme. With floor to ceiling natural light flooding in through our french doors, you’ll be enticed onto our beautiful white stoned balcony, that gives you stunning views of Halliloo Valley and endless photo opportunities. We have a handful of amazing recommended suppliers that can give your their expertise on how to style the suite, however you are more than welcome to arrange your own suppliers or decorate yourself!

When we began searching for a venue, we couldn't quite find something that met our needs until we found Woldingham and as soon as we visited it for the first time, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. Ella was an absolute delight to have as our wedding planner in the lead up to the event - she totally understood what we wanted, was extremely responsible and flexible and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The package offered by Woldingham was also excellent - the link that the venue has with the decor company, Glam Grazing, and the DJ, Expert Entertainment is so handy and makes life a lot easier when planning the wedding. And last but not least, the big day! Everything went so smoothly and we had the most spectacular day. The food was delicious, the decor set up was stunning, the views were beautiful and the team were so helpful. A special shoutout to Sinead who was the life of the party while also being super professional - we loved having her running our day and our guests were very complimentary about her. Ella was so helpful right from the start – no question was ever too small or too silly, and she always gave a quick, reassuring response with a solution to everything. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how lovely the staff were. The whole team was incredible. Ben made a wonderful first impression when he showed us around, and it was so lovely to see him again on the big day. Linda and Chanell were just outstanding – so kind, organised, and supportive. Chanell even stepped in to help with makeup touch-ups, which was such a thoughtful gesture and so appreciated! The venue itself is stunning. Everyone was so organised and helpful and we got nothing but lovely comments from our guests. The venue is absolutely stunning and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anymore. Ella helped us all the way through up until the wedding with updates and answered all our questions with barely any waiting time. She made it so simple for us. After 20 years together we were joined by our family at Woldingham Golf Club to finally tie the knot. So happy with our chosen venue. From the planning stage right through to the ceremony. The first time we drove into the vast landscape and walked into the venue we knew this was where we wanted to book our wedding. The ceremony room is large bright and overlooks the spectacular grounds. Ella was amazing we had regular contact with her by phone and email, always getting back to us promptly if we had any questions or alterations. She was there every step of the way making the process stress free. Linda and her team were amazing too, greeting our guests and making sure everything ran smoothly. We booked a hot buffet and what a buffet!! The food was delicious and plentiful, much much more than i envisaged there would be. Everyone was going back for seconds. The children had goujons and chips too which went down well too (even the adults tucked into them). All our guests cant praise the venue, food and ambience enough and saying what a lovely wedding it had been. Woldingham Golf Club will always hold special memories for us and our family. The venue was well laid out and well decorated, the food was delicious and the drinks service at the bar was speedy and efficient. Ella our events manager made everything incredibly seamless and took away all stress from us leading up to the big day, and Linda and the onsite staff on the day were fantastic at making sure everything went to plan and was on time. We can imagine that Ella helps many couples throughout the year but despite this, she was very personable. What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The one I remember the most was the Bridal party arriving in a helicopter and after civil ceremony the couple and their immediate families going for a ride around Surrey.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The grand stone staircase is always popular or the balcony for a group photo. The spots are endless at Woldingham.

We certainly have but a venue never tells!

Mini Pork Belly Bites, Hoisin & Honey Glaze, they're delicious!

Fish & chips, always a winner!

The fabulous views of our 18 hole golf course and the Halliloo Valley from our grand balcony.
