For couples who want full creative freedom and total control over their day. A blank‑canvas option with generous access, giving you the space and time to shape your celebration exactly as you imagine it.
Twilight Package
Perfect for those who love the idea of a golden‑hour arrival and an evening‑led celebration. This package includes all the essentials for a beautiful night‑time reception that flows straight into the evening.
Flourish Package
Ideal for couples who want the hall beautifully styled and ready to celebrate. With décor, linens, floral touches and an Event Assistant included, the space is transformed into a curated, elegant setting from the moment you arrive.
Feast & Flourish Package
A complete, curated celebration — from ambience to dining. This package combines full styling with a delicious dining experience, offering buffet, graze table or three‑course meal options for a seamless, joy‑filled day from start to finish.

What is the capacity of Waddesdon Hall?
We can host up to 120 seated guests or 220 standing, depending on your package and layout.
Do you offer different wedding packages?
Yes — we offer four flexible packages: Foundation, Twilight, Flourish, and Feast & Flourish, each designed for different styles of celebration
Can we access the hall the day before?
With the Foundation Package, you can access the hall from 5pm the day before to set up. Other packages offer access from 1pm or 5pm on the day
Is décor included?
Décor is included in the Flourish and Feast & Flourish packages, with linens, chair covers, runners, centre pieces and a top‑table arrangement.
Do you provide catering?
Catering is included in the Feast & Flourish Package, with buffet, graze table or three‑course meal options. Other packages allow you to bring your chosen caterer.
Is there a bar on site?
Yes — our bar team provides service from your agreed start time until midnight for all packages.
Do you have an Event Assistant on the day?
An Event Assistant is included in the Flourish and Feast & Flourish packages to support your celebration.
Can we personalise the space?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to style the hall your way, and we offer a wide range of optional upgrades including lighting, décor, entertainment and food enhancements.
What time does the celebration need to finish?
All packages include bar service until midnight, with our team handling the full clear‑up afterwards.
Is the hall suitable for both ceremonies and receptions?
