Great Yarmouth’s beautifully refurbished Town Hall is arguably the town’s most prestigious wedding venue.
Picture your perfect wedding day amidst the elegance and grandeur of our breath-taking grade II listed building - We guarantee your guests will not fail to be impressed by the unique Renaissance-styled architecture, elevating the sense of occasion for any couple’s special day.
Heritage colours are used throughout the venue with splendid oak panelling polished to perfection. Glorious floorboards and stunning tiled floors have been restored to their former glory and rooms are adorned with wonderful oil paintings displayed in beautiful gilt frames. The magnificent oak staircase with its spectacular stained-glass window backdrop, is a sight to behold and provides a perfect backdrop for those all-important photographs.
Great Yarmouth’s Town Hall is licensed to hold civil ceremonies, seven days a week, and offers wedding receptions flexible room hire options to accommodate anything from smaller gatherings right up to 200 guests.
If you choose to celebrate your Big Day at Great Yarmouth Town Hall, you will have the flexibility of having your ceremony only in one of our licensed rooms or having your reception only in the breath-taking Assembly Room. Better still, why not celebrate the entire day with us by holding the ceremony, reception and full day of celebrations at this historic venue!

This is for exclusive room hire, the freedom to engage your own caterer and suppliers, furniture set to your requirements and the services of a dedicated wedding coordinator to help plan your special day. The reason for the difference is due to peak dates of the week - Sunday & Saturday are peak days, whereas Monday - Friday are based on our lower rates.
