Whether you want something small and intimate, a cocktail party or more formal banquet, The Hall provides the perfect location. Thruxton village green, just a short stroll away, offers superb photo opportunities.
Bring your own caterers and utilise the onsite kitchen, tables, chairs, crockery, glasses.
BYO alcohol, liquor license required if alcohol is sold, not required if you are offering a free bar.
Rates for hire of The Hall for weekend wedding receptions start at an affordable £900. Your booking includes full use of The Hall from Friday afternoon through to Sunday lunchtime.
Other, more intimate week-day weddings can be booked at an hourly rate subject to availability.

Hall Facilities
This flexible space can be adapted for a variety of uses at affordable rates. On offer is a large hall with a modular stage, sprung dance floor and a separate smaller meeting room. Modern amenities include Wi-Fi, media system, screen and projector.
The newly refurbished kitchen offers high standard equipment for use by the caterers of your choice and can also be used by those wishing to provide their own refreshments. Use of all kitchen equipment is included in the hire cost of The Hall.
There is parking space for 25 cars.
The Hall has ramp access and accessible toilets; assistance dogs are welcome.

Our reception was for about 80 people which worked extremely well. It was fantastic value for money, the communication with those that run the hall was great, they were very friendly, approachable and accommodating. Can we bring our own drinks and food?
Yes, absolutely. The kitchen at The Hall is brand new (refitted May 2026) and is available for your use or the use of the caterers of your choice.
You can bring your own drinks, no liquor license is required should you be providing a free bar. If you plan to sell alcohol you will need to apply for a liquor license, which is very simple to do.
