Our intimately personal wedding service starts from the moment you contact us, boasting a dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator, who will work alongside you, and The White Hart Royal to tailor the venue, packages, and the running of the day to your requirements. We ensure that your wedding grants you exclusivity, meaning that we have a team dedicated for your special day, as it should be, with the sole focus being your wedding. The Oxford Suite room is in a perfectly proportioned, late 18th century Georgian extension to the main building and features breathtaking floor to ceiling windows that overlook the hotel’s inner courtyard, and magnificent chandeliers. It accommodates up to 50 guests and (80 for an evening reception which) has a private bar. You can use the dedicated bar or the nearby Oxford Room to relax, whilst the adjacent inner courtyard is ideal for al fresco dining, pre-reception drinks and photography. A characterful venue with well preserved timber frames dating back to the 1400's, there is so ,much to be admired about The White Hart Royal. The venue has also undergone a carefully considered refurbishment since it's acquisition by The Coaching Inn Group, taking care to retain its original features, maintaining it's heritage, whilst also bringing it up to modern standards and the needs of guests. Food is fundamental here, we understand the importance of a good meal, with our hotel receiving the AA Hotels Dinner Award 2023, our team have a range of packages to suit all tastes, and dietary requirements. From Canape's to the evening buffet, we work with you to ensure you, and your nearest and dearest, are well fed with a menu to suit your every need.
