Shrigley Hall is an elegant hotel set in over 262 acres of beautiful grounds, including an 18 hole championship golf course. We're licensed for civil weddings and offer four beautiful and unique function rooms, including the Tilden Suite; a converted chapel which boasts architectural features dating from the 18th century, the spacious elegant William Turner Suite with its crystal chandeliers and French Windows and the contemporary Ellen Turner Suite which has access to the courtyard area for canapes & drinks and the Drawing Room which overlooks the breathtaking views . We also have a private Health & Leisure Club with an indoor swimming pool and beauty rooms, which offer a wide range of luxury treatments for you and your guests to enjoy. An ideal venue which can make the celebrations last longer.

All of the staff were absolutely amazing, the rooms were beautiful we couldn't have asked for more it truly was perfect. We will one hundred percent be back. We haven't had the pictures back yet but as soon as we do I will send a few over to you. Thank you to all again we couldn't have done it without you! Thank you so much for everything you did for Friday we honestly had the most amazing day and all of the guests have said how wonderful it was! Honestly can not thank the three of you enough for Saturday. Paige and Annabel for all your hard work leading up to the day, and the gorgeous room layout on the day! Paige for putting up with my constant daft questions over email and Annabel for being as cool as a cucumber throughout. Eamon! The most kindest man, a genuine heart of gold and a passion for your job! The bedroom was gorgeous and every one of our guests said what a beautiful venue it was.I don’t even know where to begin! It definitely had the WOW factor. Paige was very professional and very helpful when we were planning the wedding and was always quick to respond when we had any questions. Eamon was an absolute star. Especially when Carl lost his wedding suit! All the food, from the canopies, hot buffet and breakfast was really nice and we had some really good feedback from our vegan guests.We had the most amazing day. We had so many comments from our guests about the room and how stunning it was. It definitely had the WOW factor. Paige was very professional and very helpful when we were planning the wedding and was always quick to respond when we had any questions. Eamon was an absolute star. Especially when Carl lost his wedding suit! All the food, from the canopies, hot buffet and breakfast was really nice and we had some really good feedback from our vegan guests.

On the day itself, the hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms were beautiful, and with over 60 of our guests staying overnight, everyone said the same. What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We love when couples add personal touches to weddings like memory tables, old photos of the couple and personalised table names. One couple chose to have pictures of all their guests on their place settings instead of name cards, which was really fun to see their guests reactions.

The front of the hotel or golf course make the most beautiful back drops, but we also have our amazing stair case - oh there are so many places to choose from its hard to pick one!
