The pub's secondary room, The Parlour End, is ideal for more intimate gatherings. It has two semi-private event spaces with a combined seating capacity of 30 people. This is an excellent spot for both dining and dancing. The pub area, with cosy leather couches and wood detailing, can also be used during the festivities. A refurbished front garden is available for your outdoor drinks reception.
The Princess Royal offers buffet and seated meal options and has an alcohol license. The hotel also has 27 beautifully refurbished en-suite bedrooms, so you and your guests can relax in comfort and style at the end of the night. We felt so looked after by Leah and her team who were so professional, responsive and flexible from the very start of the planning process to the very end of the day itself. What meant the most to use was how Leah embraced our vision of a laid-back, relaxed reception, which helped us create a celebration that felt truly authentic to us. We received so many compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed themselves. The room looked amazing and the food in particular was a hit, both the sit-down meal and the evening buffet were delicious. Everything was dealt with so smoothly and professionally from the moment we had the viewing with Leah to the moment we said goodbye the morning after.
